Lovely venue, upstairs for events with a terrace. Downstairs - cafe facing the garden, decent loos and a good information section. Right next to the church and the palace Linlithgow's two jewels.
Called into the cafe for coffee and cake and a heat! Staff were friendly and helpful. Good prices.
Exhibition of Helen Flockhart was excellent but could have done with captions to the pieces to explain the 16th century symbolism relating to Mary queen of Scots. And you could not buy the exhibition guide!
I was here for a wedding and reception. The two halls were great. One was reception and dance floor, the other was the ceremony and then later food hall. It worked out really well.
Played a wedding ceilidh/DJ with my ceilidh band (the Jiggers). Very nice staff, well-run venue- good room for events around 100 or so people, great for dancing. Event was outside catered, but food was great too! Recommended for events in Linlithgow.
