Megan was not able to do my gel nails as the picture I had shown her. I was left quite disappointed and found her customer service skills poor. After she had made a poor attempt of the picture of the nails I wanted , I said this looks nothing like what I wanted, she said I would need hard gel for that design and she can't do it now. Even though i have had similar style of nail done previously on standard gel polish. I then asked if she could do picture of nails in her salon and she said that's really old picture we don't have that any more? Then she started asking if her next client has arrived and made me feel very rushed. Her next client had not arrived, to which she said I won't have time to do her nails if she's 5 mins late.She did not ask my nail shape preference and shaped my nails round, when I noticed this I said could you do square tip, she looked very fed up and reluctantly shaped them square and said I will now need to do another top coat made me feel terrible. Like I was inconvenience to her. When I asked for rose gold glitter she bought me pink glitter, when I asked for silver glitter she got me white glitter, even though I had silver done by rachel on my toes 30mins ago she told me that's the only glitter they had. On bright side Rachel did my toes and did an amazing job. Extremely friendly and offered me a lovely latte. My toes look amazing, she spent time making sure I was happy before she did all the nails, would go back for Rachel. She showed me lots of colours and options. Thank you Rachel for an amazing service and experience, shame you were booked and could not do my hands.
