Kirstie's class was the first proper yoga class I attended way back in 2015, and the fact it is still an unmissable class for me in 2018 speaks volumes. The class flows from breathing exercises, to flowing sun salutations, to a well selected variety of postures increasing flexibility and strength, finishing with relaxation for calmness of mind. Kirstie is a great yoga instructor, teaching calmly and confidently. A highly recommended class.

I find yoga classes with Kirstie fun, engaging and beautifully guided. She creates a safe environment for everyone where we feel able to work within our own limitations but are encouraged to grow. Her classes are a joy to attend and Kirstie is very generous in sharing her broad knowledge. I'd recommend her classes to everyone.
