So "director" @linlithgowtravel during our call spoke to colleague, didn't mute me and proceeded to call me stroppy! When confronted, LIED about it! Disgraceful behaviour for a so called "director", you have shown a completely lack of integrity! They have then gone on to close ranks and portrayed myself and the main booker as liars to save their own reputations! Absolutely disgraceful company who do not put customer service first unless it suits them! Asking questions is stroppy apparently! No integrity or professionalism! Terrible terrible company!
