DO NOT USE. Had to cancel using the Spinney cattery and rang up to inform and to apologise. Was spoken to in an extremely rude manner and hung up on. I was phoned back and addressed as 'the little nurse' (I'm a student midwife), and ordered to pay a 10 pound booking fee, something that I was not made aware of before. I would have been happy to pay the 10 pounds had I been spoken to politely as one would expect to be spoken to as a possible future customer. Was told I was not welcome to use the service again (why would I after how unprofessional they had been on the phone) and then hung up on, again. Was not entirely happy with the outside kennels the cats were in as they were quite dirty. Young man owner very nice however, would advise he takes control of the phones rather than the woman.
